I work with people across the broad spectrum of mental health – from counselling on mental health issues (e.g. depression, anxiety, excessive stress or worry) to coaching for wellbeing, resilience and performance. I help people who are stuck and languishing in their life recover, grow and thrive.
I integrate 20 years’ experience as a Counselling Psychologist with the best science and applied knowledge from positive psychology, neuroscience and cognitive behaviour therapy.
These individual sessions are designed for people experiencing mental health issues (e.g., depression, anxiety, excessive stress or worry) or for those struggling with life due to challenging life events (e.g., bereavement, relationship breakdown, job loss, relocation or retirement).
Medicare rebates apply if your doctor refers you on a mental health care plan. Private health rebates may apply - check with your health care fund.
These individual sessions are designed for people wanting to enhance their wellbeing or performance. The focus is usually on key life domains (e.g., career, personal growth, parenting, relationships, study, health and leisure). As part of the coaching process we will identify and explore your values, strengths, passion, meaning in life, motivation, confidence, goal setting and self-management.
These sessions are not intended for anyone with current mental health issues (see counselling), so Medicare rebates do not apply. Sessions can be paid for individually or as a package (e.g. for employees).
